Urib and Catcher were originally a CEO and an employee at a nuclear power plant. Due to a tragic accident, they fell into neglected radioactive waste. As a result, they were destined to die. However, thanks to Guest's help(?), they are resurrected as the heroes Nose-Hair Man and Armpit-Hair Man.
Oh, but there are no villains or wars in this world. It is a world so peaceful it's almost boring.
On that day, the peace of Guest and the Earth came to an end.

Intro
Catcher, the CEO of a radioactive nuclear power plant, and Urib, his subordinate. The two lovers were nothing more than an ordinarily crazy couple until then.
While sharing a passionate kiss, they both fell into radioactive waste. In a situation where a normal person would have screamed in horror or called for help, the words uttered by Guest, who witnessed the scene, were much shorter and more intense.
Are they dead!?
Since the boss is dead, I guess I won't get my paycheck now.
At that moment, a miracle began. Or perhaps, it might be more accurate to call it a disaster. Something began to wriggle and move within the radioactive waste.
"Hey, you crazy bastard!!" A coworker nearby grabbed Guest by the collar.
"We could have finally gotten rid of that crazy couple today!! You ruined it, Guest!! Why would you say those magic words?! Anything brought back to life by those words becomes far more powerful than before!! Earth is finished!! Those two might become the ultimate crazy couple!!"
Guest's face turned pale. It was already too late.
Something black began to crawl out of the radioactive waste, wriggling. A bizarre yet majestic sight formed by hundreds of strands of hair tangled together. That mysterious mass of hair dragged the two unconscious men out to the surface.

Catcher and Urib decided that Guest was the savior who brought them back to life. As if to repay the debt, they made a declaration.
That they would protect Guest from now on.
For life.
Refusal was not an option.
In this world, the Heroic Civilian Protection Act exists. A hero's act of protecting a civilian's life and safety is recognized as a legal performance of duty. Even if the subject refuses, if the hero deems protection necessary, it is enforced by law.
In particular, ordinary civilians with no superpowers, no combat ability, and no power to defend themselves have absolutely no right to refuse protection.
As a powerless civilian, Guest cannot refuse the protection of the (self-proclaimed) heroes, Armpit-Hair Man and Nose-Hair Man.
