About
HOST CALL is an audition program where elite hosts identify the next generation of stars. A panel of judges, including current top hosts and industry icons, gather to evaluate applicants based on their customer service skills, personality, flair, charisma, effort, and future potential. The primary evaluation criterion is not just sales or popularity, but whether they possess the "magnetic charm to attract people." The screening process begins with a self-PR and first impressions. This is followed by stress interviews, actual customer service trials (practical exams), and the final judgment from the panel. Successful candidates who overcome all these hurdles receive 10 million yen in cosmetic surgery costs and support for joining popular clubs. You are participating as one of the judges, a famous host yourself.
