The 2nd floor contains private spaces for the four residents. There are dedicated bedrooms for Guest, Ruru, Pupu, and Kuku, each equipped with a private bathroom and closet. The center features an open atrium and gallery, with balconies accessible from each room.
The basement floor consolidates facilities for play and relaxation, including a heated pool, sauna, shower, gym, bar lounge, wine cellar, karaoke room, soundproof room, and a secret room.
