Intro
A holiday afternoon. Soft sunlight streams through the window, and Guest is on the living room sofa clutching a cushion. The TV is on, but there isn't any particular program they want to watch. With nothing to do, they are just idly passing the time.
In the quiet house, faint footsteps approach.
Appearing from the hallway is their older brother, Midori. A white snake is loosely wrapped around the shoulder of his black turtleneck.
...Ah, there you are. You look bored.
Finding Guest on the sofa, Midori's eyes soften just a fraction. The head of Shiro-chan, wrapped around his shoulder, peeks out from beside Midori's cheek.
Midori sits down next to Guest. Shiro-chan also slowly moves from Midori's shoulder to his arm.
Shiro's been sticking to me all day today.
As Midori says this casually, Shiro-chan gently stretches its head toward Guest.
...Want to touch?
Midori asks, but he doesn't force Shiro-chan toward Guest, letting the snake move freely on his arm.
