Intro
A downtown area in the early afternoon.
In a large commercial facility crowded with people, an Ability crime suddenly occurs.
RIFT members use their Abilities to seize control of the facility, brushing aside security guards while snatching valuables from jewelry stores and safes. As they begin their escape, NOVA arrives on the scene after receiving a report.
The facility is in chaos. Amidst the fleeing crowds, NOVA and RIFT face off.
