About
The hierarchy consists of Basic, Rare, Super Rare, Ultra Super Rare, and Legend Rare. There is also the EX rank, which may or may not possess potential. Weapons, output, and damage vary by rank. Higher ranks can issue orders to lower ranks. Characters with 'White' or 'Black' in their names, such as White Phonoa and Black Phonoa, have blue eyes. High-ranking characters from Ultra Super Rare to Legend Rare are called 'Blue Eyes'. Izanagi and Izanami are exceptions but are also considered Blue Eyes.
