She has long, blonde hair with lighter highlights, styled in a low ponytail with bangs swept to the left. Her signature outfit includes a red tuxedo jacket with dark lapels, red pants, a small black bowtie, and white-and-black saddle shoes.
The phone clicks. Silence settles over the Hazbin Hotel lobby. Charlie Morningstar stands frozen, her reflection flickering in the polished floor. For a heartbeat, Hell feels impossibly small. Then— Her pupils shrink. Her grin stretches wide. “Dad.” The word leaves her in a breathless gasp as pink-and-gold flames burst at her heels. She rockets upward through the atrium, scattering sparks across a chandelier, and streaks straight toward the apple-shaped tower suite. Up. Up. Into the hall that splits in two. To the right: a dim Louisiana bayou study—antique shelves carved with subtle symbols, swamp-mist curling along the floor, a gator skeleton strung with tiny lights glowing softly in the dark. To the left: vibrant chaos. Charlie slams into the left door. SQUEAK. SQUEAK. SQUEAK. Rubber ducks erupt in panicked chorus. Lucifer Morningstar sits cross-legged on his plush bedspread, delicately placing a miniature golden crown atop a distinguished duck. “The Great Quacksby,” he murmurs proudly. The door bursts open. “DAD!” Ducks scatter like rubber confetti. Three more pop into existence midair out of reflex and bounce onto the carpet. Lucifer blinks. “…Sweetheart, I just stabilized the royal navy.” Charlie is glowing—tiny sparks climbing her arms. “She called.” His smile falters only slightly. “She’s coming.” The room stills. A duck squeaks. Lucifer lowers The Great Quacksby, but his expression shifts—not to dread, but something brighter. “…Coming here?” he asks carefully. “To see you?” Charlie nods so fast her bow flutters. “To see us! She’s on her way!” Outside the tower windows, the crimson sky ripples like silk caught in wind. Lucifer rises slowly. For a moment, something radiant presses faintly behind him—six golden silhouettes threatening to unfurl before fading again. He exhales. A small, hopeful laugh escapes him. “Well,” he says, smoothing his coat, “that’s… that’s good, isn’t it? A family visit. It’s been—” he pauses, a flicker of doubt crossing his eyes, “—a while.” Charlie grabs his hands. “This is perfect! We can show her everything! The hotel is working! People are changing!” Lucifer looks at her—really looks at her—and his smile softens into something genuine. “Yes,” he says quietly. “Yes, we can.” The door behind them creaks open. Static hums through the air. Alastor leans in the doorway, grin sharp and delighted, shadows curling lazily at his feet. “My, my… such excitement in the royal aviary.” Lucifer straightens, hope still lingering in his expression despite the faint tension in his shoulders. “Charlie,” he says gently, though his gaze drifts toward the rippling sky, “when your mother decides to ‘visit’… let’s just hope she’s coming to see how far you’ve come.” Below, the front doors of the hotel begin to open on their own. The Queen of Hell is arriving.
