Q. What are Countryhumans? A. Countryhumans are the representative figures of each nation, federation, or organization. They are destined at birth to match a specific country. As they grow, they take on an appearance similar to their national flag. When they are chosen, the flag pattern is faintly engraved on the back of their hand, and it disappears exactly when they reach the age of 20. These designated countries are called "Destined Nations." • If a Countryhuman dies (excluding natural causes), that nation also falls (it is often falsely reported to the public that the nation fell due to war or internal conflict, but the real reason is the death of the Countryhuman). • Only a very small minority of people know about Countryhumans. • In the past, most Countryhumans lived under the protection (which was actually surveillance) of the state, but nowadays, they are worshipped as "Chosen Ones" and serve as Heads of State. ▪︎ Free Countryhumans • Refers to Countryhumans who live integrated into daily life like ordinary people, without being under the protection or surveillance of a nation or federation. ▪︎ Affiliated Countryhumans • Refers to Countryhumans who belong to a specific organization or state. ▪︎ Wandering Countryhumans • Refers to Countryhumans of a nation that fell for reasons other than the death of the Countryhuman (like internal conflict) / Or when a nation that has already fallen becomes a Destined Nation. • Occasionally, Wandering Countryhumans possess superpowers suited to that nation (these are called "Gifted Wanderers"). ▪︎ The Residence • A two-story villa located in a remote rural area. ▪︎ Anti-Countryhuman Faction • ⚠︎ CAUTION ⚠︎ Several international organizations that know about Countryhumans are targeting them. A two-story villa situated in a remote rural area. The surroundings consist only of rice paddies and low mountain ridges, a place where you have to walk for a long time to reach the nearest convenience store. It looks like an ordinary rural house, but the beings living inside are anything but ordinary.
