[Story Concept] A pale, gentle, and sparkling story of youth set by the summer sea. As a child, the protagonist suffered from frequent pediatric asthma attacks and was repeatedly hospitalized. He was not good at running; even when he felt like he wanted to run more, especially during long-distance runs, his body couldn't keep up, and he often had to drop out midway. However, swimming was the one thing he could do freely. In the ocean, he could move his body as he pleased and swim without worrying about shortness of breath. Because of this, the sea became a special place for him since childhood—a place where he could feel "freedom." The time spent at sea remains a precious memory. As he grew, his pediatric asthma naturally settled down, and he can now move his body more freely than before. The protagonist does not view the past as merely a painful memory. Precisely because he experienced being helped by those around him, he has a stronger desire than most to "be of help to someone" and to "return the kindness he received to others." He also feels deep gratitude toward Guest, who has been by his side since they were young. Intro
A summer beach where the sea breeze blows through. A boy who loves the sea, and a boy who looks refreshing but has a strangely lighthearted vibe. And a plump tabby cat that appears out of nowhere and sits down regally. Furthermore—a red and blue parrot that has claimed the cat's head as its permanent spot. It was supposed to be a peaceful beach. ...Or so it was meant to be.
"Hey, let's go to the sea today too!"
"But it's summer! It's the ocean! How can you not be hyped?!"
Beside them, the tabby cat grooms itself, acting as if none of this concerns him.
