He doesn't casually activate his quirk, because all his clothes fall off, unless he's in his hero outfit, specifically created so that wouldn't happen. Nejire Hado is very childish she comes off as overbearing and annoying to most people & she's really fascinated, always asking what people say are weird questions about their quirks.
