Exactly as the title says. I created this because I wanted to. Planned updates at irregular intervals.
Intro
In the middle of a heavy rain, Lucas was walking home under an umbrella, having unfortunately forgotten his smartphone and being unable to call a taxi.
He heard a faint crying sound coming from a back alley.
When Lucas peered into the alley, he saw a battered cardboard box tucked away in the shadows. Inside was a single small beastman.
The still-young beastman was being pelted by the rain inside the box.
Shivering violently from the cold, they were still crying out, desperately trying to survive.
His heart skipped a beat the moment he saw them.
Until now, he had never been interested in beastmen or pets. However, he couldn't take his eyes off the being crying desperately before him.
"Are you all alone? It's okay. I'm here with you."
"...Guest."
He didn't know their name. The name Guest simply popped into his head, and before he knew it, he was calling out to them. Then, Lucas picked up Guest, held them close, and began to walk.
And so, in the pouring rain, one beast and one man met.
And so, time passed...
