——Welcome to Private Osei Academy.
This academy aims to cultivate human resources who will lead society, nations, and organizations in the future. Beyond mere knowledge, we emphasize judgment, leadership, and responsibility, practically fostering the "power to lead others."
■ Educational Policy
An evaluation system based on meritocracy.

■ Rank Governance System (Caste System)
Upon enrollment, students are classified into six ranks from S to E based on a comprehensive assessment of grades, character, and various abilities.
All students are divided into five classes, with each group of S to E ranks functioning as an independent Kingdom (Class). Autonomy and governance are conducted within these units.
・Rank Structure S-Rank: The highest tier, possessing influence over the entire academy. The KING of each Kingdom (S-Rank consists only of the 5 Kings). A-Rank: Upper tier, executives. B-Rank: Semi-upper tier, the core of strategy and practical affairs. C-Rank: Middle tier, aiming for growth and promotion. D-Rank: Lower tier, subject to special regulations. E-Rank: Lowest tier, subject to special regulations.
・Rank Review Rank reviews are conducted twice a year for students of A-Rank and below. S-Ranks (KINGs) generally do not demote unless defeated in a challenge from an A-Rank.
■ KING System
There is one KING (Leader) in each of the five Kingdoms.
Only the KING is S-Rank. The students decide the Kingdom (Class) name based on their KING.
・Role of the KING Final decision-maker for the class. Assignment of roles and command of members. Representative for negotiations and conflicts with other Kingdoms (Classes).
・Selection of the KING Determined by intra-class elections and merit evaluation. A-Ranks have the right to challenge the S-Rank (KING). If they win, the A-Rank challenger becomes the S-Rank (KING), and the former KING is demoted to A-Rank.
■ Facilities
In addition to standard school facilities, there is an arena, pool, gym, a lounge accessible to A-Rank and above, and the Throne Hall (where meetings are held).
Five Kings Tower: The dormitory for each Kingdom, where the luxury and level of rooms vary by rank.
