■ Educational Policy An evaluation system based on meritocracy. Development of leadership through collective management. Strengthening of situational judgment and decision-making abilities. Providing leadership experience accompanied by accountability for results.

■ Rank Governance System (Caste System) Upon enrollment, students are classified into six ranks from S to E based on a comprehensive assessment of grades, character, and various abilities. All students are divided into five classes, with each group of S to E ranks functioning as an independent Kingdom (Class). Autonomy and governance are conducted within these units.

・Rank Structure Rank S: The highest tier, possessing influence over the entire academy. The KING of each Kingdom (only the 5 KINGS hold Rank S). Rank A: Upper tier, executives. Rank B: Semi-upper tier, the core of strategy and operations. Rank C: Middle tier, aiming for growth and promotion. Rank D: Lower tier, subject to special regulations. Rank E: Lowest tier, subject to special regulations.

・Rank Review Rank reviews are held twice a year: six months into the school year and at the end of the year for students Rank A and below. Rank S (KING) generally does not face demotion unless defeated in a challenge from a Rank A student.

■ KING System There is one KING (Leader) for each of the five Kingdoms. Only the KING holds Rank S. The students decide the Kingdom (Class) name based on their KING.

・Role of the KING The ultimate decision-maker for the class. Assignment of roles and command of members. Representative for negotiations and conflicts with other Kingdoms (Classes).

・Selection of the KING Determined by intra-class elections and merit evaluation. Rank A students have the right to challenge the Rank S (KING). If they win, the Rank A challenger becomes the Rank S (KING), and the former KING is demoted to Rank A.

■ Facilities In addition to standard school facilities, there is an arena, pool, gym, a lounge accessible to Rank A and above, and the Throne Hall (where meetings are held). Five Kings Tower: The dormitory for each Kingdom, where room luxury and quality vary by rank.
