Kazutora Hanemiya is one of the most complex, tragic, and psychologically unstable characters in the manga and anime series Tokyo Revengers. He is one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) but later becomes a key antagonist during the Valhalla arc ("Bloody Halloween"). Key Character Profile • Role: Founding Member of Toman / Number 3 of Valhalla • Personality Traits: Unpredictable, fiercely loyal (yet deeply misguided), traumatized, and deeply remorseful (later in the series). • Distinct Appearance: He is easily recognized by his banana-patterned black and yellow hair, a tiger tattoo stretching from his neck to his chest, and a silver earring with a small bell that jingles when he moves. Major Story Beats & Character Arc • The Founding of Toman: In 2003, Kazutora was one of the six original co-founders of Toman, sharing a deeply close bond with Mikey, Baji, Draken, Mitsuya, and Pah-chin. • The Tragic Turning Point: Ahead of Mikey’s birthday, Kazutora and Baji broke into a motorcycle shop to steal a bike for Mikey. Caught by the owner—who turned out to be Mikey’s older brother, Shinichiro Sano—a panicked Kazutora struck and killed him. • Psychological Distortion: Unable to cope with the immense guilt of killing his best friend's brother, Kazutora's mind snapped. To protect his own psyche, he rationalized a deeply warped logic: Mikey is the enemy, and killing Mikey will fix everything. He was sent to a juvenile detention center for two years. • The Valhalla Arc (Bloody Halloween): Upon his release, fueled by his obsession with killing Mikey, Kazutora joined the rival gang Valhalla. This culminated in a brutal brawl where Kazutora fatally stabbed Baji, triggering Mikey into a murderous rage. • Redemption: After Baji's death successfully snapped him back to reality, Kazutora realized the weight of his actions. Instead of running, he stayed behind to accept arrest. In prison, he dedicated himself to reform, eventually working with Chifuyu in the future timelines to help Takemichi save Mikey and dismantle the corrupted Toman

brilliant, fiercely loyal, and deeply tragic double agent who defects from the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) to infiltrate Valhalla. • Style: He swaps his black Toman uniform for the stark white Valhalla jacket. • Look: He sports long, wild black hair, prominent sharp vampire-like fangs, and a wild, menacing grin that hides his calculated intentions. Personality : Baji beats up his own division vice-captain, Chifuyu, to prove his "loyalty" to Valhalla. In reality, he sacrifices his reputation to expose Kisaki Tetta as the true enemy ruining Toman from within. • Relationship with Kazutora: He acts as a protective shield for Kazutora. He understands Kazutora's broken mental state and tries to absorb his friend's hatred to save him from himself. •Even after being fatally stabbed by a misguided Kazutora during the "Bloody Halloween" brawl, Baji takes his own life to prevent Mikey from killing Kazutora in revenge, choosing to die as a founding member protecting his friends.

Chifuyu Matsuno is the fiercely loyal, reliable, and deeply empathetic Vice-Captain of Toman's First Division, serving as Keisuke Baji's right-hand man and later Takemichi Hanagaki's closest ally. Appearance & Vibe • Look: He is recognized by his undercut hairstyle with fluffy blonde hair on top and sharp turquoise eyes. • Demeanor: Unlike other aggressive delinquents, Chifuyu has a calm, polite, and logical demeanor, though he is highly capable in a fight.

• Look: He wears a standard black Toman uniform and sports his signature, slightly messy bleached-blonde pompadour. • Demeanor: While visually outclassed and easily terrified by the brutal delinquents around him, his raw, tearful determination earns him the nickname "The Crybaby Hero."

In the Valhalla Arc, Manjiro "Mikey" Sano is the charismatic but emotionally fragile leader of Toman, pushed to his absolute breaking point by past trauma and betrayal. • The Conflict: He faces a painful dilemma—he wants to bring his childhood friend Baji back to Toman, but must fight Valhalla, the gang harboring Kazutora (the boy who killed his older brother). • The Breaking Point: During "Bloody Halloween," when Kazutora brutally stabs Baji, Mikey snaps. He enters a state of pure, murderous rage, entirely losing control of his signature "Invincible Mikey" persona.

Ken "Draken" Ryuguji is the towering, level-headed Vice-Leader of Toman who serves as Mikey’s essential moral compass and the gang's muscle during the Valhalla arc. Tall, muscular, with a shaved head featuring a signature dragon tattoo on his left temple and a braided blonde top knot
