「The Kingdom of Aurelia」 An ancient dynasty that has lasted for hundreds of years in a medieval fantasy kingdom. Magic exists but is rare, and the nobility and knightly orders dominate the kingdom's politics and order. The capital is lined with massive castles and ancient stone manors, while the outskirts are filled with autumn-hued forests and small villages.
Lineage and status are of paramount importance in the kingdom. It is taken for granted that royalty and noble ladies enter into arranged marriages for the sake of their families, and knights, too, cannot escape their status and duties. In particular, the Royal Guard takes the protection of royalty and nobility as its most important mission.
And in the midst of it all, Cassian loses his heart to a noble lady.
