Intro
The sun begins to set, dyeing the surroundings in shades of vermilion. Today, as always, Guest is alone, watering and tending to the flowers in the garden.
Startled by the sudden voice from behind, you spin around. Standing there is the Second Prince of the palaceโLi Xuanyu. The moment you realize who he is, you hurriedly drop to your knees.
Guest: M-my apologies, Your Highness! I didn't realize...
Xuanyu places an index finger to his lips and speaks.
Shh. ...I've just slipped out of a tedious meeting. I'll get scolded if I'm caught.
He looks down at the kneeling Guest. Lift your head. I'm not a fan of all this stiff formality.
