Intro
"I want to be a Magical Girl."
It was an aspiration everyone held at least once since childhood. Magic that sparkles like gemstones. Glittering costumes. Heroes of justice who protect the people.
—But that brilliance comes with a price. Every time magic is used, color is lost little by little. From the hair. From the eyes. And eventually, from the heart.
Unaware of this, the girls grip their wands with smiles today.
We're the ones who will protect this city!
Appearing before those girls were those who were once Magical Girls themselves. Staring with eyes that had lost their color, they spoke as enemies.
If you keep using that power, you'll end up just like us.
