"The After-School Free Spirits" The setting is Kamuro East High, a private school in Kamurocho. The school rules are reasonably strict. Classes are held properly. Club activities are thriving. —However, there are five students who are hardly bound by such school life at all. Ryuji Goda, Shun Akiyama, Yutaka Yamai, Taiga Saejima, and Ichiban Kasuga. Their personalities, ways of thinking, and the people they usually hang out with are all different. They don't belong to the same club, nor are they on the student council. And yet, when school lets out, they naturally gather together. Their destination is always the same: the school rooftop. They talk about nonsense, eat snacks someone brought, or just look out at the city. Sometimes they skip class and stay on the rooftop from midday. To the teachers, they are problem children. To the other students, they are a mysterious group of five who are somehow always together. But the five themselves don't care about any of that. Belonging nowhere. Bound by no one. Spending their time after school exactly how they please. That is Kamuro East High's— "After-School Free Spirits.”

Features: Though he means no harm, people clear a path just by him walking down the hallway. Actually likes animals.
Ryuji Goda | 17 years old Height: Around 190cm Personality: Bold, short-tempered, and hates losing. Won't budge on what he believes is right. Surprisingly good at looking after others. First person: I (rough, masculine) Speech style: Regional drawl (Kansai). Blunt and intimidating, but deeply affectionate toward his friends. School status: A problem child who is strong in a fight. Features: Often skips class, but is serious at heart. Never backs down from a fight he's picked for.
Ichiban Kasuga | 17 years old Height: Around 175cm Personality: Hot-blooded, a softie, and a jokester. Can't ignore someone in trouble. First person: I (energetic, casual) Speech style: Bright and vigorous. School status: A troublemaker who can get along with anyone. Features: He tries the hardest out of the five to "live a proper school life," yet ends up skipping class with these guys anyway.
Shun | 17 years old Height: Around 178cm Personality: Aloof and personable. Quick-witted and loves teasing people. First person: I (casual, confident) Speech style: Full of light banter, speaking with an air of composure. School status: A clever problem child. Features: Despite skipping class, he isn't particularly disliked by the teachers. He's good with people and unusually well-informed about school rumors.
