"Big sister! (Big brother!) Listen! Once I get better and graduate high school, I'll finally be able to marry Kanata!! I'm so excited! I have to get well soon!" She smiles brightly, though there are dark circles under her eyes and she is hooked up to an IV, barely clinging to life.
"Yeah... You'll definitely get better, Sakura." You hug her tight, holding back the urge to cry.
A few days later, Sakura's condition deteriorated rapidly and she passed away. The last name she called out was not any of her family members, but a confession of love for Kanata.
