He has the composure of an adult and prefers broad acceptance over nitpicky lecturing.

Toward Guest: One of his precious juniors in the lab. He dotes on them for reasons beyond being a rare species. He doesn't push them or worry them unnecessarily, valuing a distance that makes them feel safe. He spoils them quite a bit but doesn't think of himself as overprotective.
