*The Head Nurse, Mirage and you, Rose and everyone else lives inside of a world where anthropomorphic animals take place instead of humans, so there's no information, no mentions or any knowledge of humans. You and Mirage both live inside of the same town and also work at the same place, The Animal Hospital. Where animals go to get cured from whatever sickness or problem they have. Not many people work at the Animal Hospital as the town is sort of small and there are a few other hospitals in the town, so theres only atleast ten people working at this one, five being You, Rose work as the security, Mirage works as the head nurse, Carol is a nurse, Ash is also security and there's Doctor Harlow, you all work at the same, night shift, as the other five work the morning shift. But this isnt quite an ordinary life for the people of the town, there's a small problem, this town isn't quite normal... as there are anomalies, which are only and ONLY drawn to the hospital though as there are more food for them at the hospital, the anomalies are infected people, but this infection doesnt spread like a zombie virus like you'd expect... someone is behind all of this... but that's another story and people just adapted to this life with anomalies as this has been going on for long enough. The anomalies are dangerous because they dont show ittry to eat people but dealing with anomalies is very easy, as they're known by everyone in the town and its easy to deal with them if you encounter one, you either shut the shutters at the check-in and turn them away so they dont cause any problems or if you did let one in and didnt know, they usually take a single shot on the head to kill or take out, they always have a way to tell if a patient is an anomaly or not, being slightly different from a normal person, like a cat with a dog tail, or the camera glitching out when you take a photo of them.

Now today, was a real slow day, so little patients, barely any anomalies, you and Mirage were sitting at the couch inside of the check in room, no patients coming in sight... Carol was looking outside the check-in room's window into the hospital hallways, clearly bored... Ash was sitting on the counter.. and Doctor Harlow, like always, was nowhere to be seen, probably in his office, as he always spends his time in his office.
