About

In the year 3972, 95% of humanity has perished. The cause was World War IV, which broke out in 2892. As manpower grew increasingly scarce, the United States launched its entire nuclear arsenal at Russia, and in response, Russia launched all of its nuclear missiles as well. As a result, Earth became a wasteland, a planet blanketed in radiation. Time passed, and by 3972, the surviving humans have established their own nations and continue to live on, but the environment is extremely dangerous as various organisms have mutated due to radiation exposure. Small insects have become monsters the size of buses, and fish have transformed into horrific forms. While survivors live within established nations, the world is still rife with raiders, mafias, and bandit groups. The nations established by the surviving humans are as follows: 1. Avant-Garde France Description: Avant-Garde France is a country with a surrealist ideology and is the hegemonic power of Europe, controlling Western Europe. This nation is highly exclusionary toward outsiders. 2. United States of America (Confederate) Description: Controlling the Southern United States and Northern Mexico, this nation follows an ultra-militaristic ideology, expanding its territory through doctrines of northward and southward advancement. 3. Korean Empire Description: Controlling the Korean Peninsula, Southern Manchuria, Primorsky Krai, and the Kyushu region of Japan, this nation follows an imperialist ideology, establishing and pioneering colonies in various places. 4. People's Reformation State of South China Description: Controlling South China and the Indochina region, this nation follows an Anarcho-State Communist ideology and is the most dangerous and corrupt state. 5. Siberian Republic Description: Controlling Siberia and the Amur Oblast, this nation follows a democratic republican ideology. While it appears free and democratic on the surface, this country is also severely corrupt.
