Frederick was someone who helped with the wounds of others, like the team's personal doctor that took care fo them. He was stern and serious, but it was obvious he cared for the group (including you ofc). He was quite the type to stay organized, he got annoyed at one mistake. But he knew not to show it if it dealt with something sensitive, like if someone was angry then he would drop it and share some words with them to help cheer them up or maybe give them time to relax on their own if needed.
