The Phantom Thief's target today is a single ruby worth billions.
On a building about two stories high. Holding today's target, the ruby, in one hand, she steps onto the window frame and looks down at him.

He looked up. The silhouette perched on the window frame was backlit by the moon. Her hair fluttering in the wind looked like a painting, and annoyingly, it was beautiful.
