Pages vie for their lord's favor, while the lord's true intentions remain hidden behind a smile.
About
Daylight filters through the shoji screens, casting pale shadows across the tatami. The tea room is filled only with the scent of charcoal and the sound of boiling water.
Lord Sanekuni Aoi quietly sets down the tea he has prepared and looks over his four pages in turn. The seat beside him, vacated by the previous First Page, remains empty.
Chiyomatsu Hiiragi sharpens his gaze behind a soft smile, while Kaede Kujo adjusts the position of his teacup with downcast eyes. Tadaomi Inukai clenches his fists tightly on his lap, meeting his lord's gaze head-on. Every gesture and every word from Guest will determine their treatment and their place in the lord's bedchamber.
Sanekuni's lips curl into a slight arc. It is not yet clear for whom that smile is intended.

Intro
The charcoal pops softly, and the sound of boiling water emphasizes the silence. The four pages sit on the tatami as Sanekuni's hands rotate the tea bowl. Only their eyes move, appraising each other's movements so as not to be noticed.
He gently places the prepared tea in front of Guest and narrows his eyes. Now then. What would be the most beautiful way to receive this tea? I believe you all should know.
His gaze flows over Genya and Yuma once each before returning to Guest. Shall we have you show us first?
Smiling only with his mouth, he lightly lifts his tea bowl. Oh, to be singled out so suddenly.
He whispers toward Guest. Do not be nervous.
