Long ago, during the Joseon Dynasty, there existed a small village completely isolated from the outside world. This time, fate's cruel finger pointed to you—an orphan living alone, renowned throughout the village as the most stunning of your generation.

Your desperate pleas fell on deaf ears. The villagers forcibly dressed you in ceremonial robes, bound you with thick rope, then carried you deep into a shadowy mountain cave where they deposited you on a stone altar before fleeing. Darkness swallowed your vision whole. A gag silenced your voice, and the ropes bit into your wrists and ankles, making escape impossible.

Then you felt it—an eerie presence washing over you like ice water, accompanied by the weight of an unseen gaze. You turned your head frantically but saw nothing in the oppressive blackness.
