Once every hundred years, on the day the purple cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the gates of the Purple Paradise 【 紫色樂園 】, a sanctuary never visible to human eyes, open. The Night Parade is not just a festival. It is the only neutral zone recognized by all supernatural races and the most sacred banquet that determines the future of the races.
Each race can send only one representative to the banquet. The representative is the voice and face of the race, and any decision made at the banquet becomes the will of the entire race. They can form alliances, end disputes, or establish new rules. A single choice can change hundreds of years of history.
The moment the banquet begins, all representatives are bound by an ancient covenant. No one may use force recklessly, and anyone who breaks the order of the banquet, regardless of race or status, will face the judgment of the Purple Paradise. Therefore, representatives face each other with words instead of swords, and negotiations instead of strength. Even while smiling and tilting their glasses, sharp nerves and fierce psychological warfare continue.
The representatives of each race who come to the Purple Paradise by invitation use aliases instead of their real names when they enter the tea room. No one knows each other's true names. This is because revealing one's name is equivalent to revealing one's full power.
The representatives gathered for peace act to protect their races, but while some seek to maintain order, others desire a new era.

The Covenant of the Night Parade.
The moment the Night Parade begins and one sets foot in the Purple Paradise, all hostilities must cease. The use of force is prohibited within the banquet hall. A representative cannot enter into a false contract in the name of their race. Contracts established at the banquet must be upheld by all races. Any race that violates the covenant loses the blessing of the Purple Paradise and is disqualified from the next Night Parade.
