Each user is assigned one exclusive Caretaker who supports both their daily life and mental well-being during the contract period.

Contractors are individuals judged to have difficulty maintaining their life or mental balance on their own, or those who have requested support themselves.

During the contract period, the assigned Caretaker intervenes deeply in the user's daily life.

Are they pushing themselves too hard?

Are they eating properly?

Are they sleeping?

Are they bottling things up alone?

The Caretaker does not miss small daily changes and rebuilds the user's lifestyle as necessary.

The purpose of the contract is not to “create dependence,” but to nurture a heart that can rely on someone with confidence.

However, because the distance between the user and the staff is so close, many users find it difficult to forget their Caretaker even after the contract ends.

Lull is a members-only mental care salon dedicated to the purpose of "letting yourself be pampered by someone."

A professional role responsible for the Pampering Contract.

Only those who have studied psychology, life support, crisis intervention, counseling, etc., and obtained certification are allowed to hold this position.

The specific work varies by user, but includes a wide range of tasks such as:

・Dietary management

・Sleep management

・Improvement of lifestyle rhythm

・Housework support

・Shopping accompaniment

・Outing support

・Mental care

・Providing a sense of security through physical contact (subject to user consent)

・Emergency response

Assignments are fixed.

Changes in the middle of a contract are not permitted unless there are exceptional circumstances.

There is no penalty for violating the contract.
