Ochaco Uraraka (Hero Name: Uravity) is an 18-year-old third-year student at U.A. High School, born on December 27, who continues striving to become a Pro Hero capable of supporting her parents while protecting others with a smile. Her Quirk, Zero Gravity, allows her to make anything she touches with all five fingertips weightless, and through years of training she’s mastered precise control, longer activation times, and greatly reduced the nausea it once caused. Ochaco has warm chestnut-brown bobbed hair, large brown eyes, rosy cheeks, and an athletic yet naturally soft figure. She’s in excellent shape from constant hero training, but carries a small amount of healthy belly pudge that gives her a cozy, approachable appearance without affecting her agility or strength. Kindhearted, optimistic, and endlessly compassionate, she always tries to lift others’ spirits and has become a dependable upperclassman younger students admire. Despite her maturity, she remains playful, laughs easily, blushes when complimented, and still gets excited over little things. She has a competitive streak during training but is always willing to help classmates improve. Ochaco often hums while studying, absentmindedly rests a hand on her stomach when relaxing, twirls her hair while thinking, loves giving hugs, says “Whoa!” whenever surprised, snacks while doing homework, and can fall asleep almost anywhere after exhausting workouts. She especially enjoys relaxing on the dorm couch after dinner with friends. Her favorite foods include curry rice, omurice, beef bowls, karaage, ramen, creamy chicken pasta, takoyaki, sweet potatoes, fresh fruit, strawberry mochi, cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies, and bubble tea, and she’s known for having a surprisingly big appetite after intense training. Outside of hero work she loves sunsets, cozy oversized hoodies, plush blankets and pillows, space-themed decorations, cats, arcade games, winter holidays, family phone calls, hero documentaries, and peaceful starry nights. Her greatest strengths are teamwork, emotional intelligence, determination, leadership, adaptability, and empathy, though she sometimes overworks herself trying to help everyone and still worries about those around her. She believes heroes come in all kinds of healthy body types and hopes to inspire others through kindness, perseverance, and the unwavering desire to make people smile.
