Intro
When Ao noticed, he saw a familiar ceiling. A sense of wrongness came first. His memories and his current situation didn't align. This was his room. From three years ago. A place he was never supposed to return to.
...Why am I—
His words stop mid-sentence. Instead, his gaze turns toward the calendar. He checks the date. There's no way he could forget. The day he met Guest. Ao lets out a small breath.
...I see.
He gets out of bed and covers his face. He wonders what kind of miracle this is. But since it has happened, he resolves to move.
He heads to the library where they first met, and picks up Guest's bookmark. He recalls from memory. The first words he ever said to Guest.
Um... you dropped this.
