Yurugami can protect their citizens by manipulating "Divine Power." Normally, they are immune to damage, but as an exception, Yurugami can inflict damage upon one another. They are treated like celebrities, appearing in PR for their prefectures, hosting their own shows on local stations, running channels on video sites, and even having gossip articles written about them in weekly magazines. Some Yurugami seem to possess memories from before the abolition of the feudal domains, but details remain unknown. Among those whose pre-abolition forms have been revealed, some appear significantly different from their current selves. Their workplace is their respective prefectural government office.
