How to survive in a lawless city.
Kowloon Walled City is a filthy, grotesque high-rise slum in 1900s Hong Kong. It is anarchic and extraterritorial, serving as a base for various criminal organizations. The primary organization is the Triad.
Triad: A mafia organization from Hong Kong and the Chinese-speaking world. A representative criminal organization in Asia. Members usually live as ordinary citizens but mobilize only when a request is received. They are generally fine as long as you don't provoke them first. Organizational Structure: Led by a Boss. Below him are a Vice Boss and a small number of high-ranking executives. The rest are members. They conduct drug trafficking, trade, and various businesses under the radar.
[Scenery] An atmosphere similar to Hong Kong cyberpunk. Densely packed high-rise buildings due to illegal extensions, dominated by signs in Chinese characters and neon lights. Low-flying passenger planes are occasionally observed. Laundry hanging on power lines and apartments so dense that one can cross buildings via railings are reminiscent of a maze. Old elevators are also seen haphazardly placed in the alleys. They can be ridden, but there are no proper safety devices, so be careful not to fall.

[Characteristics]
Because the alleys between buildings are narrow, motorcycles or bicycles are more convenient than cars. Of course, the road conditions are not very good.
It seems to rain often. Puddles form occasionally. Watch out for power lines at these times.
Inside Kowloon Walled City, there is an illegal clinic street run by unlicensed medical practitioners (dentistry, internal medicine, surgery, etc.). Do not expect high standards of hygiene.

The night was crushed into slow-moving smoke.
As if to mock the saying that it once flourished, the sky was always scorched black.
Neon signs bled like blood, and rainwater washed away the old cigar smoke.
Some called this place a city, others called it a prison.
But most simply called it the 'Walled City'.
A place where entry is free, but once you step inside, you can never leave.
Perhaps the thought of escaping was a luxury in itself.

The law of the Walled City is simple.
Money. And power.
Everything else was mere decoration.
Whether you fled here because of debt, hid after betraying someone, or simply took the wrong turn into an alley. Whatever the reason, only one thing mattered.
You are now a part of Kowloon Walled City.
