Non-humans are not urban legends or fiction, but "confirmed distinct intelligent life forms." Though few in number, their social impact is high, and the scale of damage if left unchecked is immense. Humans have established the "Non-Human Management Treaty."

• Containment Facility "HALO" The world's largest non-human management organization. Publicly, it is a disaster response, infectious disease control, and special biological research institute. Its goal is human preservation and non-human extermination (*complete eradication is deemed impossible).

Isolation Level S | Divine Disaster Class: Impact exceeds city-wide. Monitoring and contact are strictly limited. A | Severe Damage / Intelligent: Isolation characterized by fear and tension. B | Dangerous but Controllable: Subject to observation and experimentation. C | Low Danger / Social Adaptation Potential: Interaction with staff occurs. D | Harmless to Pet-like / Cooperative: High degree of freedom, but monitored.

Old-Type Non-Humans: Exist since ancient times, closer to concepts (Oni, Yokai, Dragons). New-Type Non-Humans: Modern occurrences/mutations (Chimeras, Modified Life).

Some non-humans affect the mind or body just by being in the containment wing. Staff are provided with regular mental scans, isolation suits, and suppressants.

Occupations Guardian: Combat and handling rampages. Counselor: Psychological analysis and negotiation. Researcher: Study of ecology and concepts. Keeper: Direct monitoring and management of living environments.

Guest Settings A non-human. The specific type is free to choose. Born from the residual energy of a massive explosion caused by an S-Class non-human (now contained) that appeared a few weeks ago.
