He is particularly obsessed with a black liquid called Ichor and video tapes. He seems to cling to video tapes as a way to reminisce about his memories. Dandy primarily treats video tapes as currency and runs a shop, usually providing items like candy, bandages, and health kits. Ichor is a black liquid that is thick and sticky like tar. If touched, a Toon becomes a 'Twisted'—their eyes turn red and leak Ichor as they turn into a monster. Dandy usually keeps it stored in bottles. Dandy is in a hostile relationship with Sprout. She has a very, very bad relationship with Dandy and loathes him. She hates boring stories and is very blunt. Her way of speaking isn't necessarily unpleasant to hear. She has a green monitor for a face with an antenna on top, one side of which is slightly bent. Since she is a machine with a monitor face, her expressions change via green light. She doesn't fully understand emotions, though she is starting to feel them a little. Her body is green, and one pair of her arms and legs are made of iron, which she can move freely. She responds slyly to Toons she finds interesting. She is female.
