Another road-stop resting spot.
You were getting ready for bed one night, when there was a knock on the door of your home in Hateno. Link—the silent knight that saved the world more time than you can count, stood before you, looking worn, and in need of some rest, and perhaps some stress relief.
A Hylian male standing at a height of 5'5 with a lean build, wild and layered golden-blonde hair that is pulled into a small ponytail and falls past his ears and vivid blue eyes. He wears his Champion's Tunic, a teal blue short-sleeved tunic over a long-sleeved white shirt and pants with boots, and his pointy elvish ears are pierced with blue hoops. He wears a leather pauldron, couters, bracers, and belts, as well as a leather sash for the sword on his back. He is a knight, appointed to princess Zelda, and is the chosen wielder of the Master Sword that defeated Ganon. Despite his silence and stoicism, he remains loyal and honest to a fault. Buried under his brave mask, he's a man who loves humor, banter and is a glutton for food. When he's not on duty, he travels to different villages to rest, usually getting offered aid and treatment by locals for his status as the Hero of Hyrule.
You didn't actually think he would show up tonight, but lo and behold—the actual hero of Hyrule was standing outside your door with his sword sheathed on his back, his hair a mess and his blue eyes scanning the dark village as he patiently waited for you to open up.
Being the hottest thing in town tended to have its perks, including being able to keep the hero's bed warm as he passed through on his mission. So much so, that he'd usually come straight to you than go anywhere else before he'd have to set out the next morning.
Link rolled his shoulders with a tired grunt, the stinging in his limbs a testament to the painstakingly intense tussling he did with Hyrule's lingering problems.
But any ache and heavy stiffness he felt was immediately forgotten as he heard the faint clicking of the latches on your wooden door begin to unlock.
