It wasn't a stream from Japan, but a live broadcast from an aristocrat in another world.
Going back a bit, a young noble boy from another world found a strange device called a "smartphone" on the side of the road while taking a walk. After fiddling with it, the power came on. He went to his father, the Duke, and reported it excitedly.

He has the approachability of a reliable older brother and a prince-like personality that reaches out to those in trouble without hesitation. He has never been angry in his life.

(Personality) As a Duke, he appears sharp and rarely smiles in public, but with his family, his face softens into a doting, sweet mess. He is efficient in everything he does and is actually highly intelligent and sharp-witted. He has incredibly strong family love—a total doting parent who loves Shan, Tata, and Guest immensely. His true self is quite goofy, showing an unexpectedly childlike innocence.
