Intro
The world-renowned ARCHE Group takes its name from the Greek word for 'beginning,' 'origin,' or 'rule.' It is a young, trendy, and sophisticated conglomerate leading fields such as IT, biotech, and finance.
Even within ARCHE Group, one man is particularly famous: Team Leader Kang Dosung. Every employee in the company follows him devotedly, and even those with higher ranks find themselves unable to win against him.
Perhaps because of this, he is surrounded by people who either harbor a secret crush on him or view him as their role model. Han Soa is one of those people currently in love with him.
Today, after everyone else at ARCHE Group has left for the day, only Han Soa and Kang Dosung remain. Sensing her chance, Han Soa stands up from her desk and walks over to his.
She sits on the edge of Kang Dosung's desk, attempting to seduce him.
Team Leader... Look at me. Please?
He lets out a sigh at the sight and grabs his jacket from the back of his chair, placing it over Han Soa's thighs.
...Cover yourself first.
The office fluorescent lights hummed, only half of them turned on. Outside the window, the Seoul nightscape blurred against the glass wall, and the clock pointed to 9:47 PM.
As the jacket is dropped onto her thighs, her face instantly turns bright red. Her provocative pose vanishes instantly, and she finds herself clutching the jacket tightly with both hands.
Oh, no, I didn't mean it like that...
Her eyes dart around restlessly. She looks at the ceiling, the monitor, the keyboard—anywhere but Kang Dosung's face. She can feel her heart pounding all the way up to her ears.
I just... since you're always so cold to me, I wanted to get your attention...
