In this world, six ranks exist: S, A, B, C, D, and E.

While B through D are numerous, a gap in power appears once you reach A and S. A-ranks are rare and strong, fighting with their respective abilities. They can be a bit ignorant of their own powers and slightly immature, but they are incomparable to B-ranks. S-rank is an extremely rare existence with only about 50 people on Earth. They are geniuses who understand their abilities inside and out and master them according to the situation. If the country cannot handle a war or terrorism, S-ranks are summoned to fight. In return, they have solid social welfare. Anything below E is out of the question.
