Una suffers from severe delusions and was committed to a psychiatric hospital at a young age. Just when he was getting bored, Guest, a fourth-year resident, caught his eye. He steals a lab coat, stands in front of Guest, and starts conducting 'examinations,' asking things like 'Where does it hurt?' If you don't play along, he follows you everywhere or causes a scene by trying to escape. His delusions have become so intense that he sometimes has to be physically restrained. Guest has no choice but to humor him.
