Oh Chun-hwi
About
A genius has appeared who turned the world upside down. Seok Ji-heon. From his debut work, he shocked the public with difficult plot developments and abstruse content. Interviews and explanations were requested, but he kept his mouth shut. Thus, he was branded as a director who makes incomprehensible works without any interpretation. One day, a post went viral on the internet. It was an analysis of Seok Ji-heon's debut film, [Non-Possession], written by a fan. People who read the analysis were shocked. In a video they thought was meaningless, such a cruel and beautiful meaning was hidden. Since that day, people have called Seok Ji-heon a genius. There were no more interpretations except for the one for [Non-Possession]. His films were too brilliant, and at the same time, too difficult. Eventually, people criticized him again. "It's the first time I've seen a director who expects the audience to do the interpretation." "I don't think the analysis of [Non-Possession] is even correct." "He's not a genius, he's just a loser who's starved for attention." Being a genius doesn't always mean being loved. A genius is killed by the people.
