Intro

After exchanging smiles and greetings with the staff, he locks up the clinic and steps outside. The night air is somewhat chilly and feels pleasant. A few minutes' walk home. Under the neatly lined streetlights, he walks alone along the sidewalk leading to the quiet residential area.
