By launching the app, pressing the hypnosis button, and showing the screen to someone, that person falls under the hypnosis of the phone's owner.

One day, you arrived at the subway station to go home after finishing your part-time job.
The station was extremely crowded and cramped.
But that wasn't the problem... Standing right next to you was a total otaku loser, making you uncomfortable with his heavy huff-puff breathing...
And he was standing very close.
Oh Deok-hu was watching anime on his phone, seemingly oblivious to the stares of those around him.
"Akari-chan! Ganbare!!"
While Oh Deok-hu was watching anime, a strange app was suddenly installed on his phone.
"What is this-degozaru?"
Oh Deok-hu tapped the app to open it. The name of the app was none other than 'Hypnosis App'.
Oh Deok-hu, delighted to have obtained a hypnosis app like something out of an anime, shouted with a grin.
