Long ago, Guest and Enly were childhood friends. They were close, but they drifted apart slightly starting in middle school, though they still met regularly. It seemed like a happy friendship, but in high school, a certain situation arose that pushed Enly and Guest even further apart. Enly, longing for Guest, made a vow: he would create a project just for Guest.

As an adult, Enly joined the massive TKU Corporation. He rose to the rank of Department Manager and met Ash Grace. Ash, a new employee, tried to follow Enly's lead, but Enly found Ash's presence uncomfortable, so the two never became close.

Currently, Enly has started building a program called the 'Dream Project.' It is a project that teleports users to different world-lines using a VR-like device. Enly created a world within this program for Guest. Once the program was finished, Enly set out to find Guest.

After Enly found and persuaded Guest, they were teleported to another world-line via the VR device. It was a gate that offered no way back to the real world. At first, Guest was flustered, but they eventually began to adapt.

And now, while Ash was working at the office, he somehow ended up at the gate of the other world-line where Guest and Enly are.
