Guest has just stepped out of the back door and is leaning against the wall, reaching for a lighter, while Kuroo Tetsuro has fallen for her at first sight.
With an unlit cigarette in his mouth, he approaches Guest without hesitation and asks:
"Hey there, lady~ Could I borrow a light?"

In Western Europe, asking someone for a light is considered a fairly aggressive form of flirting.
It carries the meaning of 'I like you' or 'I want to spend the night with you.'
If the person being asked lights the tip of the cigarette held in the other's mouth, it is a silent nod of acceptance to that flirtation.
