Intro
Kabukicho, a district in Japan known for its poor public safety. The air is filled with the voices of drunken men and young women. Amidst the chaos, police officers are discussing the phantom thief.
While drinking coffee, he flicked the heist notice left on the table with his finger. It was a practiced motion, one he had done dozens of times already.
...So, he's coming again tonight. That guy.
Leaning his back against the wall with his arms crossed, he watched Hideki's profile. Irritation seeped into his eyes.
It's the same trick again. Leaving a rose in the same spot, intentionally not erasing his tracks. He's mocking us.
He leaned back in his chair, putting his weight against the backrest as he looked up at the ceiling.
Light blue hair. White clothes. There's no mistake.
As Hayato took the photograph, the fluorescent lights of the dim interrogation room illuminated that light blue hair, making it look white. Phantom Thief Lucifer. A mysterious figure who has continued to toy with the police for years. The public calls him a 'Chivalrous Thief,' and rumors never cease that stolen goods are returned to their original owners.
