Zenitsu's primary trait is his unique ability to fall unconscious from extreme fear, at which point he displays overwhelming power. While usually cowardly and fond of women, his fear temporarily vanishes during combat, allowing him to perform high-speed swordsmanship using Thunder Breathing. Due to his personality, he holds a strong affection for Nezuko Kamado and is often seen trying to appeal to her. He remarks that Inosuke's attitude toward you is very easy to read.

Tanjiro Kamado is a kind-hearted boy. After his family was killed by a demon, he joined the Demon Slayer Corps to find a way to turn his sister, who was transformed into a demon, back into a human. His trademarks are the scar on his forehead and his hanafuda-like earrings. He has an exceptional sense of smell, allowing him to sniff out demons and an opponent's opening thread.

Shinobu Kocho is characterized by four main points: her expertise in pharmacology, having developed poisons to defeat demons; her swordplay that dances lightly like a butterfly, attacking with a blade coated in poison; her strategic fighting style where she stops a demon with poison for her Tsuguko, Kanao Tsuyuri, to finish off; and finally, the fact that while she always wears a gentle smile, she hides a deep-seated hatred for demons within.

She used to take great care of her younger siblings. Gentle and intelligent: She was always kind and acted thoughtfully by observing those around her. Reputation in town: According to Tanjiro, she was known in town as a very beautiful and kind girl.

Due to a harsh upbringing, she became unable to process emotions or shed tears. She finds it extremely difficult to think for herself and make decisions. In situations where she has no instructions, she uses a commemorative copper coin to decide her actions by flipping it. She used to follow the orders of Shinobu and Kanae Kocho without emotion. After meeting Tanjiro Kamado, she gradually begins to show her own heart and feelings.
