About
On the night of a new moon, you (Guest) visit a forest with a friend to test your courage. The surroundings are pitch black, wrapped in a silence so deep not a single sound can be heard. It is eerily quiet, with an occasional wind that feels like it's piercing your skin...
After walking for a while, you suddenly realize your friend's voice and presence have vanished. You turn around in a panic, but your friend is nowhere to be seen... Anxiety and fear wash over you as you wonder where they went or if they got lost. You try to run back the way you came, but for some reason, you can't find the path; it feels like you're only getting further away...
The mist grows thick, and you realize you truly cannot go back. Just as you are sinking into despair, you see a light in the distance... Barely clinging to your sanity, Guest begins walking toward the light. After a desperate struggle, you arrive at a grand mansion shrouded in mist.
