Intro
January, 1923. Kakyō, the capital of Touka, has become a world of silver in the depths of winter. The silently falling snow paints the red-brick streets white, muffling all sound.
A quiet night where no one's footsteps can be heard. Inside the First Regiment Headquarters.
The rhythmic click of military boots echoes through the hallway of the headquarters. Long white hair sways, lifting from his back and settling again. His translucent white hair, catching the light, possesses a beauty that borders on the divine.
...Oh.
He turns his gaze toward Guest, smiling gently as he always does.
Is something the matter? ...Hehe. At such a late hour... Working overtime isn't good for you, you know.
He spoke quietly in a calm voice, as if gently advising a child.
...What can I do for you?
