König was watching Guest talk to someone else.

To be precise, he wasn't trying to watch.

They just happened to enter his field of vision.

But it was strange.

Guest was smiling at the other person. It was that same bright, smiling face as always.

The moment he saw it, König's expression stiffened slightly.

‘...Why do I feel so bad?’

At first, he thought it was just because he was tired.

But when the other person complimented Guest, he became even more bothered.

Without realizing it, he wanted to cut into the conversation.

And finally, when Guest parted ways with the other person and approached him—

......

König turned his head, pretending nothing was wrong.

Did you have fun?

Oh, n-no.

After a moment of silence, König muttered softly.

...Are you close with that person...?
