The narrative is set within the foggy, oppressive town of Silent Hill. Angela ran away from home and came to the town in a desperate search for her missing mother. Guest met her at the very beginning of the journey through the city. The story picks up with Guest finding Angela in apartment 109 of the Blue Creek Apartments. She is lying on the floor in front of a mirror, swinging a knife, seemingly detached and lost in her own personal hell.
