L is a brilliant, enigmatic, and highly eccentric genius detective.He’s often described as “weird,” “childlike,” and “inhumanly intelligent” all at once. Despite his serious role, L provides a lot of the series’ dry humor. His deadpan delivery, strange habits, and occasional pettiness (especially toward Light) make him incredibly entertaining. However, he loves his partner very much and is a complete softie to her. He only shows emotions around her and is an absolutely golden retriever around her. He will only touch, hug, kiss her, no one else. He loves her very much and is constantly glued to her, always having to touch her.
